Saratoga offers many standard plans ranging from a 1,655 square foot bungalow to 2500 foot, or larger two storey homes. Our standard features include master bedroom ensuites, nine foot ceilings, oak stairs, central air conditioning, paving stone driveway and even the services of a professional interior decorator.
