It was an agonizing decision for us as first time home builders, to leave a very nice mature home with great neighbors to something new and unknown. We would have never moved if it was not for the professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and patience of Milt Kailis and Doug Durnin. They took the time to share and create multiple floor plans that met our needs. They developed a building plan that met our time schedule. The communication was excellent and we always knew when decisions had to be made and what costs were involved. This process ensured that we did not have any surprises. The support staff of both Adrian (Construction supervisor) and Ashley (Administrative assistant) were excellent to work with.
